About MasGo
MasGo helps you find home-visit massage therapists and nearby spas based on your real location and on profiles we have identity-verified. We are not the service provider — we are the place where people who need treatment and people who provide it find each other.
The problem we set out to solve
Finding a trustworthy home massage therapist in Vietnam has traditionally meant asking a friend or calling a number from a flyer. Neither tells you who is about to arrive at your door.
For customers, the problem is that nothing can be checked. You do not know whether the person does this for a living, who they have worked for, or whether they are the person in the photo.
For good therapists, the problem runs the other way: there is nowhere to show that you take the work seriously. On a flyer, someone in their first month and someone with ten years of experience look exactly the same.
MasGo sits between those two problems. We verify identity before a profile goes live, and we show customers enough to decide for themselves: a full profile, prices the therapist publishes, reviews from previous customers, and the real distance to where you are.
Four things we hold to
Every profile goes through identity verification
No profile appears until an administrator has checked the national ID card against the details on the profile and received a signed undertaking. Profile photos and gallery photos are reviewed separately.
Phone numbers cannot be harvested
A therapist’s number appears only when you tap the contact button on their profile; it is never sitting in the page. That blocks bulk scraping, and it is also how we know a real contact took place.
No commission on individual bookings
You agree the price directly with the therapist and pay them directly. MasGo does not step in between, does not hold your money, and does not take a cut each time you book.
We say plainly what we do not do
MasGo is not a party to the session between you and the therapist. We do not supervise appointments and cannot guarantee the quality of any individual booking — our safety page states that limit rather than leaving you to infer it.
How MasGo makes money
Therapists and spas create profiles for free. We earn revenue when they choose to pay to have their profile placed higher in search results — much like renting a shopfront on the main road instead of down an alley.
That means part of the display order is influenced by paid placement. The rest rests on genuine customer reviews, distance from you, and how active the profile is. A promotion package buys position; it does not buy reviews.
During the current trial period, every feature for therapists and spas is free.
Where we operate
MasGo covers all 63 provinces of Vietnam with administrative data down to district level. The number of profiles varies by area — newer areas often have only a few — and we show the real count rather than making a page look fuller than it is.
If you are a therapist or a spa owner
Create a profile for free, submit your ID card for verification, and sign the undertaking. Once approved, your profile appears in search results for the areas you serve. Spa owners also submit a business licence.
