Terms of use

MasGo is an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent massage therapists. We do not employ therapists, we do not provide massage services ourselves, and we are not a party to the service agreement between you and the therapist.

Payment for a treatment is made directly between the customer and the therapist. MasGo does not take a commission on individual jobs and does not hold service payments.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each phone number corresponds to one account, and you are responsible for everything done under your account.

Please keep your password safe and tell us as soon as you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.

Therapists are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, the legality of the services they provide, and compliance with the undertaking they signed at registration.

Therapists are responsible for their own tax obligations on income earned through their work, as required by law.

You agree to use the platform for its intended purpose, not to harass therapists, not to request anything outside the scope of therapeutic massage, and not to post false reviews.

Therapist contact details may only be used to book a service. Collecting, copying or using platform data for any other purpose is prohibited.

Reviews must be based on a genuine experience. We remove reviews that appear fake, abusive, or unrelated to the service.

When you post content to the platform, you grant MasGo the right to display that content on the platform and in search results. You retain ownership of your content.

Therapists can add funds to the wallet in their account to buy packages that increase their visibility. The wallet balance can only be used to buy services on the platform.

Promotion packages affect the order in which profiles appear in search results. They do not affect the outcome of profile approval and are not an endorsement by MasGo of the quality of the service.

When a running campaign is cancelled, the unused time is refunded to the wallet in the same time unit as the package. Time already used is not refunded.

No refund is given for promotion packages on a profile that is removed for breaching these terms.

We may suspend or delete an account when we find a breach of these terms or of the signed undertaking, or when required to do so by a competent authority.

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us to request deletion of your account and personal data.

MasGo provides the platform on an as-is basis. We make every effort to check identity documents and review profile content, but we do not guarantee the quality, safety or conduct of a therapist in any specific appointment.

To the extent permitted by law, MasGo is not liable for loss arising out of the direct service relationship between a customer and a therapist.

We may update these terms. The effective date is always shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation before being brought before a competent court.
