The MasGo team handles reports, feedback and support requests directly. Before you call, have a look below — most requests are resolved faster through the flow built for them.
Call or message on Zalo
Both numbers below take calls and Zalo messages during business hours, Monday to Saturday. Outside those hours, send a Zalo message and we will reply on the next working day.
Our team answers in Vietnamese. If you are more comfortable in English, write to us — on Zalo or by email — rather than calling. This is the platform team, not a booking line — to book a session, open a therapist profile and use the contact button there, which reveals their phone number.
Email us
Email is the best channel if you write in English, and the right one whenever something needs a screenshot or a written record — a complaint, a personal data request, or a partnership enquiry. We reply within 2 working days.
What do you need?
Each of the four below has its own flow in the product, and each is faster than a phone call because we receive the full context straight away.
Book a therapist
Pick a therapist and use the contact button on their profile. Their phone number appears so you can call or message them on Zalo directly. The platform team does not book on your behalf.
Report a profile
Every profile page has a report button and you do not need an account to use it. A report sent from there arrives with the profile attached, so it is quicker than describing it over the phone.
Therapist support
Profile not yet approved, ID document rejected, or questions about promotion packages and your wallet: sign in and open your profile page in the dashboard, where the status of each step and the reason for any rejection is shown. If you are still stuck, call us.
Personal data requests
Access, correction, deletion, or withdrawing your consent: your rights and how to exercise them are set out in our personal data protection policy. We respond within 72 hours of receiving a valid request.
In an emergency
If you are in danger or witnessing a crime, call 113 first. The MasGo team cannot intervene in something that is happening right now; once you are safe, tell us so we can act on the account involved.
