How MasGo works

This page walks through the three journeys that actually exist on the platform: customers searching and getting in touch, therapists creating a profile, and spas creating a profile. Every step below maps to something you can do on MasGo right now.

If you are looking for a massage

You do not need an account to search or to get in touch. An account is only needed if you want to leave a review afterwards.

  1. Search by location, or by area

Tap “Find near me” to search from your current position, or type a district name into the search box. Searching by location gives closer results, because distance is measured from where you are standing.

We ask for location permission only when you tap the button, never when the page first loads. Your coordinates are used to measure distance and are not stored.

  2. Narrow it down

On the results page you can filter by therapist gender, years of experience, rating, and whether they are currently accepting bookings. Each result shows the real distance to you, a starting price, and a rating.

Profiles that have not stated a gender do not appear in gender-filtered results. We do not infer that field from a name — getting it wrong would break the very need the filter exists to serve.

  3. Read the profile before you call

A profile shows reviewed photos, prices per service, years of experience, the areas they serve, and reviews from previous customers. Where a therapist has submitted a professional certificate, approved certificates appear there too.

Professional certificates are optional and are not a condition of approval. The two conditions that are required are ID verification and a signed undertaking.

  4. Tap to reveal the number

The phone number appears when you tap the call or Zalo button on a profile. You then arrange the service, duration, price, and time directly with the therapist — MasGo does not book on your behalf and does not hold your money.

A therapist’s home address is never shown publicly, because these are profiles of people who travel to the customer. For spas it is the opposite: the address is shown, because you need to find the place.

  5. Leave a review afterwards

Register a customer account with your phone number and write your review on the profile page. Each account can review a given therapist once, and your review is what helps the next customer choose well.

If you are a therapist

Creating a profile is free. Your dashboard shows a checklist of what is still missing — the first two items are required for approval.

  1. Create an account and fill in your profile

Register with your phone number, then enter your display name, gender, years of experience, a short introduction, and the areas where you accept bookings. A new account has no profile yet — you create one from the profile page in your dashboard.

  2. Submit your ID card

Send photos of both sides of your national ID card so an administrator can check them against the details on your profile. This is the first required condition and cannot be skipped.

ID photos never appear on your public profile and do not travel through the platform’s public image path. We also do not store the ID number — an administrator reads it from the photo at review time.

  3. Sign the undertaking

Read and accept the undertaking currently in force, which includes a clause against providing sexual services of any kind. This is the second required condition.

  4. Wait for review, then go live

An administrator reviews profiles manually once both conditions above are met. Approved profiles appear in search results for the areas you listed. If yours is rejected, the reason appears in your dashboard so you can fix it and resubmit.

Editing the main details of your profile sends it back for review. Toggling “accepting bookings” does not — that is a switch you use several times a day, not a re-submission of your profile.

  5. Optional: push your profile higher

Once approved, you can top up your wallet and buy a promotion package so your profile shows higher in the areas you choose. This is optional — profiles without a package still appear, ranked on reviews, distance, and activity.

During the trial period every feature is free and there is no need to top up.

Therapist sign-in

If you own a spa

Spas are the second type of profile on MasGo, for businesses with a fixed location that customers visit. The process matches the therapist one for the first two conditions, and adds a third.

  1. Fill in the spa profile

Business name, address, opening hours, services, and prices. Unlike therapist profiles, a spa address is shown publicly on the profile and on the map — because customers need to find the place.

  2. Submit the owner’s ID and sign the undertaking

Two conditions identical to therapist profiles: the ID card of the registered owner, and the undertaking currently in force.

  3. Submit the business licence

The third condition, which applies to spas only: submit your business licence so an administrator can check it against the business name and address on the profile. Because a spa is a venue with a public address, we check it more strictly than an individual profile.

  4. Get approved and take bookings

Once all three conditions are met and an administrator approves the profile, the spa appears in search results under its own spa tab, and on the area page for the district where it is located.
